- SPECIAL ORDERS: A minimum deposit equal to half the selling price will be required on all non-stock items. NFA items must be paid in full
- IN-STOCK ITEMS: All in-stock items will only be held verbally for one week
- CUSTOM BUILDS: A minimum deposit equal to half the estimated or quoted price will be required before any items are ordered or the build is started
- TRANSFERS: All regulated items will be assessed a $20 fee PER ITEM. All transfers are to be picked up within 90 days or they will be subject to fee of $5 per item/per day. Please see Transfer page for more information
- NFA TRANFERS: items will be subject to a $10 per item/per day fee if the items are not picked up within 30 days following ATF transfer approval notice. This includes any item waiting on a Form 4 submission unless prior arrangements are made with ARES Arms.
- REFUND POLICY: Due to the regulatory nature of firearms, there will be no refunds on any firearms, ammunition, or components sold by ARES Arms. Store credit may be offered in some circumstances.
